@MrsD - haha, it is true I rarely identify any side effects. I swear I am so unaware that I could be one of those girls on tv who gives birth without ever realizing she was pregnant . So glad to hear all is well and how EXCITING that you can already see little D moving around!! Yes everything I have seen is that measuring a few days either direction is a-okay . Yay for good numbers and reduced medications!! Boo for not feeling all that great, but glad you are hanging in there okay. Have you found your new OB yet?
@Marie - Awww, thanks!! Yea, I was reading implantation spotting into my chart too, but alas it was not to be. Looks like a cycle of good timing and a beautiful temp rise for you - keeping my fingers crossed! Yes, having a plan and changes in the pipeline makes such a difference - I can't wait to hear what the RE has to say. I'm sorry the acupuncture didn't work out, I had a similar experience of stopping after I was disappointed that it didn't do more for me.
@RomaTomato - Glad you were able to get in and get your test work done before your dr leaves! Hopefully all is still going well and you are feeling good?
@AlaskanWife - It is good to hear from you! YAY on selfstarting AF - I don't know what that means exactly, but I feel like it just has to be good news. I am excited to see what you and your DH decide to pursue and am hopeful that O finds you soon.
@Peony - So glad you had a nice break!! I'm sorry that your hormone results weren't good and that you may have missed O this month :(. That is exciting that you may give clomid/trigger a go - it is always nice to feel like you are trying something different to improve chances. Ack, this job question must be such a roller coaster for you - it has been uncertain for so long!! Keeping you in my thoughts and hoping for wonderful things for you on both the baby and job fronts.
@orangekitty - hope all is well and looking forward to an update on your plans!
@SRRP - how exciting that you are so close - definitely in the home stretch now!! I hope you are feeling good and all ready for the arrival of your little one
AFM: We just finished our first clomid cycle with a BFN. This one was tough. I was in a really good place going into this cycle (I thought), but then I had what seemed like textbook implantation spotting on 8dpo followed by lots of breast pain. Then the trigger shot toyed with me by hanging around longer than usual and not really getting any fainter. Long story short, I got my hopes unreasonably high (honest to goodness I was so excited that I read the entire 'what to expect when you are expecting' book last Friday blush). So the eventual BFNs were really hard. I don't envy anyone who is told outright that they can't have children - but I swear I think that would be so much easier then just dragging on the ups and downs for years, ya know? At least then you could grieve properly and move on. Anyhow on to the next cycle.
