laluna...I think that you can screenshot your kindara chart and upload, but that is a static image, and not something that can be linked to the current chart...not like having a link in your siggie. Perhaps a possible thread or board is a page where we all post our names for kindara so those of us on the app can search for a user, or a link to their FF chart or other online chart. Then we would have one place to go to to see who is what and where. Not ideal, no, but maybe a stop gap? There was some sort of thread on this, I think, so I may go back and look for it. I will try to post my current chart here to test. I am really terrible with personals, which is why I shied from the WTO/TWW BG groups...but I will try,,,
alaskan wife...how funny! Kids are strange. It's funny how sometimes they sense pregnancy before confirmed. With my 3rd pregnancy, I told my bestie, and she told her daughter that she had a surprise to tell her when she got back from grandma's house, and and she says..."Is Auntie Heather pregnant?" My friend just about choked with that. Sadly, like all my pregnancies, it ended, and she never told her daughter (who is 6 now, I think, so she would have been 4-ish?)
marie...are you marie bythesea that commented on my progesterone post in G+? I have looked at EDD before, but I stopped, after having so many losses. It was too hard to do and get somewhat attached, only to have my hopes dashed and smashed. I asked my Dr about the immune panel, but it is SO expensive, that he feels it is best to treat empirically with intralipids. It's funny, because a girl I follow on youtube go her NK cells tested with a $65 blood test, yet it would be hundreds of dollars for them. I can't figure out how hers was $65 and it is usually $700-$3000...granted, they test a lot more, but honestly, can't I just get NK cells checked? I'd pay $65! But we do suspect I have immune issues, which may be linked to my historically low progesterone, as progesterone does affect the immune system in sending out the message to not attack the baby. But there may be more for me. I'd test for sure if I had that kind of money to put to it,
I have to run so I will get my AFM out, but not intentionally neglecting anyone I haven't called back to...
My last two cycles were where I was sick, and ovulated late, and hubby was sick, or traveling, or both, and timing was not stellar. This cycle I ovulated on cd13 which is early for me, and though hubby was traveling again while I was in the window, we got a heart on cd10 in the morning, and he left in the evening. So I should be ok for timing, and neither of us were/are sick (well, I am a bit sinusy right now, and have had minor congestion for a bit, but nothing major. I had my progesterone tested yesterday (7dpo) as it was really terrible last cycle, even with supplementing. Last month it was 17.5/5.5 US scale, but yesterday, it was nearly double at 32.8/10.3! It's still not a fantastic reading, but it is at least in the normal window, so that makes me happy. I'm not sure what contributed to the better reading, but it could be a number of things including total fasting (not any food or drink) prior to the test (which was also first thing in the morning), using brand name prometrium vs generic teva (should not be a difference, bu maybe I process the brand better? The $6 difference is worth sticking to brand if that is it), the accumulation of my increased dose for vitex and/or new-ish follicular phase formula (on for the second cycle, though previous cycle was almost the same...two herbs increased dosage and two new, and one unchanged), the fact I ovulated earlier and possibly better than usual, or that I began taking melatonin at bedtime Thursday night and onward...melatonin is said to boost progesterone by decreasing estrogen, or something, iirc. Anyway, I don't know the cause, but I think I will keep up with the brand name progestetone, the vitex and herbs as is (though we may modify the formulas slightly in the near future), and take melatonin, at least in the luteal phase. I'm unsure about taking it in the follicular phase, as I don't want it to interfere with ovulation, but supposedly, a higher dose is what can cause issues with that. My tabs are 5mg sublingual, but they are scored, so I may split to get a smaller dose and see what happens, It is supposed to be good for egg heatlh, and as an old lady. my eggs need all the help they can get.
Ok, I will try to insert my Kindara chart here. I am plunkybug on the app though (amariel here...I was plunkybug on OS but had to change for security reasons)...YAY! The upload worked! It looks like I can also hyperlink to my FF chart, which I may try...looks like that might have worked too...
