I dealt with SPD with all of my pregnancies. My second was the worst. The pain started at 8 weeks and I was on disability by 20 weeks. I tried chiro, massage, baths, Tylenol, SI belt, pregnancy belt. With my last I was able to continue working up until my due date thanks to a wonderful physical therapist that specialized in pregnancy. Good luck!
